We orchestrated this landmark summit to bridge the gap between policy and execution. Tasked with managing a multi-stakeholder environment, we delivered a seamless platform for government leaders and international urban planners to redefine the future of Africa’s largest megacity.

Our Goal

Our role was to provide a seamless, high-level platform where government leadership and international experts could align on a singular vision for the megacity. The summit spanned 2 days, as such our team had to ensure all the bases covered.

We reimagined the expanse of the venue, utilizing custom structural elements and refined lighting to create a high-impact atmosphere. By balancing the gravity of the summit with sophisticated design, we transformed a traditional hall into a world-class stage for global discourse.
